While running a global men’s skincare business, Founder of Non Gender Specific, Andrew Glass, realised how segregated the beauty industry had become.
He couldn’t understand how an industry that relied so heavily on innovation could be so “backwards” when it came to who the products were being marketed to. Andrew started conceptualizing a brand that was for everyone regardless of gender, skin tone or skin type.
Also frustrated by the endless volume of products needed day and night for an effective skincare routine, Andrew began building a brand with no gender boundaries, and products that delivered exceptional results covering a wide range of skin concerns.
